Irish Dance

I have competed in Irish Dance for ten years at the open champion level, representing my school at Regional and National level championships. I have also completed the teaching prerequisite exams for grades 1-11, receiving commendable feedback for each. Irish Dance is also significant as it connects me with my family’s deeply rooted heritage. Dancing is not just a sport or hobby for me, but a tradition that I continually practice and share with others.

Scottish Highland Dance

Josephine is a premier-level competitive Scottish Highland Dancer, placing at local, regional, and national-level competitions. She co-founded a dance school in North Carolina, teaching weekly classes to students with varying abilities in a positive environment. She also promotes Scottish Highland Dance in the local community, through local performances and the area’s first competition, which she created.

Varsity Cross Country & Track

Josephine is an All-Conference Individual and Varsity Cross-Country Runner. She ran for her team in the 4A Regional and State Meet. She was also on the 6A Girls Regional and State Championship-winning team.
